Ray and I have friends, Evie and John Semertzides, who immigrated to the U.S. from Greece and have lived in Cincinnati for many years. Their relatives live in Crete. They visit frequently. Because of eye problems, John recently retired from his practice as a physician. His family is now importing olive oil from their family groves plus neighboring groves for sell in the U.S. After your post about caper leaves, I sent an email to them asking if they want to add caper leaves to their import products. May I forward your blog posts about Santorini and Crete to them?
