T-minus 3 days before we leave Tanzania :(

We have had an incredible time, met amazing people and been up close and personal with a record number of animals.  As we checked off all the species we have seen over the last 6 weeks, we realize that in addition to the African animals we all think of when we think of Africa, we have also been able to view some amazing birds as well!  Bringing 7 pairs of binoculars has definitely been worth it :)

My favorite is the Red headed Agama (lizard). Loved this post but what caught my eye was the treacherous trees. None of them looked warm and fuzzy.
