Hi Otto! Great post. I sent your dad pictures from Da Delicious Da Dong. Also, I have the actual menu from the ‘supposed’ China’s oldest dumpling house. I will send a shot. Hope you guys are having a wonderful time. I am learning to make dumplings here…..YUM!
